School graduation is nearing its end and the world is full of opportunity. Which career path will you choose? Working in the hotel and catering industry is versatile - a professional field with a future of consistent growth. Gain important practical experience and be exposed to a vast wide variety of areas relevant to your professional growth.
The Öschberghof Resort offers the following training professions: chef, hotel specialist and restaurant specialist. All three disciplines can also be completed with an additional training qualification. The prerequisite for this is a general higher education entrance qualification or the advanced technical college entrance qualification. This training is usually completed over three years. During this time, our trainees go through all relevant departments that are specific to their field. Here trainees make lasting impressions and are able to apply their learned content directly into practice.
The school takes place in block lessons, depending on the job description in the state vocational school for the hotel and restaurant industry in Villingen or in Bad Überkingen.
