CERTIFICATES & AWARDS
The hotel industry in Germany is very diverse, which makes it difficult for those interested in training and applicants to find the right environment to expand their careers. To allow easier orientation within the "hotel jungle", numerous organizations strive to create more transparency with regard to working conditions in individual companies. We are very open to having our working conditions brought to light.
THE ÖSCHBERGHOF PUT TO THE TEST
Find out more below about certificates and prizes that demonstrate "our commitment to your development”.
"Excellent training" is a quality test seal, created in 2013 by the Hotel Directors Association Germany (HDV) and audited by Dekra. It serves as an orientation aid for those looking for training to find the right training company while providing the parents of the young workers the security of knowing their children are in good hands.
"The seal of quality stands for excellent training with a wide range of training opportunities," said Alexander Aisenbrey, Managing Director of the Öschberghof and former Chairman of the HDV. In order to be awarded the certificate, the relevant companies have to undergo strict testing criteria every two years. Awarded for the first time in 2013, the Öschberghof achieved a top performance again in 2017 with 91 out of 100 points.
The "Top Job" seal of quality for exemplary human resource work in medium-sized companies has been awarded since 2002 and is therefore considered one of the pioneers among the employer's seals.
The Öschberghof met the demanding evaluation criteria and was recognized in 2015 as one of only 4 companies from the hotel and catering Industry.
The aim of the IHK advanced training award is to honor exemplary commitment of companies in personnel development from branches of industry, trade, hospitality / leisure industry and services. The additional training quota, the variety of measures implemented and the sustainability of the company's further training commitment are assessed. The Öschberghof was awarded 1st place.
